Cancellation Policy

✦ Because I'm a small business owner, I'll keep this short & sweet (and hopefully just common sense-ish) ✦ Policy Regarding Purchases: * All meetings/classes/courses purchased with Dana Bowerbank, LCSW (aka BeSpoken Talk Therapy, LLC) are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable if requested outside of approved cancellation time-frame. * Additionally, unless otherwise explicitly noted, meetings/classes/courses are NOT clinical supervision, a therapeutic service/relationship, or legal advice. * All information offered is for educational purposes provided in good faith with NO guarantee of 100% perfection, accuracy, or desired outcomes. (Just to be crystal clear, this policy does not apply to any therapeutic services offered by Dana/BeSpoken. That's a whole different situation & not what is being offered through here.)
